BUILD ME A SIMPLE ANDROID MOBILE APP WITH WEB ADMIN FOR PERSONAL USE.

Project Details I require a simple app where I can listen to and watch audio and video files (mp3 and mp4) sent to my by my staff for personal use. Now, the app will have a Web admin interface from where the files will be uploaded. ADMIN INTERFACE: [login to view URL] or something like that. Uploader will have a username and password created for them to enable them access the admin and upload files. The admin login page will have Username and password for access. When uploader logs in, they will enter the following parameters: Name of file Date File type (audio or video) Name of uploader Remarks. This is the Web admin interface. THE APP: Now on the app, I can then listen to the mp3 or the mp4 video uploaded from the admin. The structure of the files on the app should be such with a search filter functionality that can enable me search for any file by entering any of the parameters. I should also receive a notification anytime a file is uploaded. I require only the apk as I would not want it published. Its for my personal use and I am the only one to use it. Finally I also would like to access and play files offline. Let me know if you get the picture. I will like to use aws s3 bucket for storage. I hope you can implement this on aws, launch a server, configure etc.
