Corporative carpool network + website

I'm a socio-economical researcher and professor in innovative solutions for primary economies. My project is a solution to the traffic in large cities with high productive and young population (like Latin-American and Asian countries) through a network that interconnects people that has same routes and study or work in the same building (university or enterprise). We don't want to contract a third party (taxi driver), because that will increase the number of the cars in transit and we want to reduce the number of vehicles (carpool). Also, we want to create communities of bikers and motobikers and a networking platform. The app will calculate the CO2 emissions and combustible savings. It could be a first version of these, till we get more money to invest on it. iOS and Android.
