Create a Message Relay system (website/app/anything that works) for Project Tasks

I have worked with project management apps before, I coded a project management app for a previous employer, which included a comment system where users could write comments on tasks/issues and reply by email. I have much experience working with database systems and email systems, and I can code in PHP and HTML very fluently. I've been in the web design field for over 3 years and understand the best practices for doing things, and I also write very organized code in order to "future proof" it in case of any changes that may need to be made.
