Create a Mobile Website

Summary: Project is to make a social media application that is primarily driven via mobile technology (phone and smartwatch). Ultimately it will be distributed as both a mobile page, and app (IOS, Android & Windows). The deployment of the application should be hybrid leveraging HTML5/Javascript and PhoneGap/Iconic frameworks. To scale the application, Firebase will need to be part of the technology stack. The goal is to take an Agile approach and start with MVP to launch and then add releases for greater near term functionality. The first release of the application should include the following core functionality: 1) Detailed User Profile -- with OAuth authentication via other social/web personas 2) Posting system with Theme creation 3) Bidding System 4) Messaging 5) Advertisement System 6) REST APIs to push to other social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) 7) Shopping Cart 8) QRC Generator and Reader Technology platform consideration: 1) HMTL5/Jquery 2) Iconic/PhoneGap (possibly Ruby Motion) 3) Heroku 4) Git 5) Firebase 6) Ruby 7) REST API Bonus knowledge of contractor 1) SmartWatch App development 2) Social Graph principles 3) Recursive algorithms Since this is a fixed fee project we will accept payment by milestones (at least three).
