What kind of person we are looking for (please demonstrate these in your proposal): > At least 2 years of experience with CRO, Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics > Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, session recording and heat mapping software as well as how to implement them on various platforms > Understanding of Firebase and analytics implementation on mobile apps > Great at interpreting the data, extracting useful insights, and communicating them to non-technical team members. > Passionate about digital marketing and testing new strategies > Data-driven, results-focused > very pragmatic, with good understanding of business realities > Web development knowledge highly welcome (you need to understand how to implement A couple of things you need to know how to use: -Upsell/downsell apps -Re-cart -Cart Abandon sequences -Facebook Chatbot -Optimising funnel flow -All relevant Shopify updates (review system, value reassurance, creating urgency) -Remarketing strategizing (what discounts to set up, who should we set it up to, when) Other: -Shopify themes customization (we have a developer) -setting up UTM parameters -Email marketing -Google ads is a plus -Facebook ads is a plus What your typical day would look like: > conduct technical audit of client’s analytics setup > implement or delegate analytics setup on new clients websites > conduct CRO audits of client’s websites and cooperate with the team on marketing strategy development > analyse the data weekly and make recommendations for conversion split tests > prepare monthly CRO reports > attend weekly team meetings and brainstorm on clients’ strategies But, above all you need to have the right ATTITUDE to grow with us.

I can advertise your store to the extreme live there are various apps which are used for upsell and downsell I would configured those app. Also I would setup Google Analytics and also configured Google Adwords and will create Shopping Campiagn through Google Merchant Center. Facebook is basically used in the footer with other social sites. I would linked them. I would also configured Facebook pixel for the Facebook Marketing. For the Email I would be assisting you to use Mail Chimp where you can track the email activity whether they are opened or not. While Setting up Google Analytics I would also be setting up funnels by creating Goal set so that you can analyse the behaviour of your audience. Once analytics would be setup then I would be sharing you the CRO report on the weekly basis so that it can help you in decision making. Not only that I would also add hotjar or inspectlet script so that you can check the recording of your visitors and check the generated heatmaps so that based on that you can real idea about the improvements.
