Your game design document looks really good, and the links to the game rules really help being able to work on some of your existing issues, such as the base game rules issue you outlined. In terms of the current multiplayer setup, are you using an existing framework for handling networked play, or are you rolling your own solution? For something like this I could see having an independent REST API to handle the scoring and game states, but if you've already integrated a framework I can work with that as well. I see in your GDD that you also have video communication listed as a feature, and I wanted to know if this is something your current dev team has looked into? I think this looks like a really fun project to work on. I think as long as the scope of work makes sense I can definitely help you get your app where you want it to be. Can you describe the design issues a bit more thoroughly? By player data, do you mean data saved on the device locally, or analytics data?
