Firmware developer for CC2640 with Android/iOS app developerment -- 2

we have a cc2640r2f that periodically uploads data through a ble service currently

we want to save this and send it once every few hours instead

we have a prototype with the memory

functional spi read and writes

I can provide the current code

but we need a ble service that sends a chunk of saved data and a java and swift handler
