Hello I'm David from Switzerland and I am an Electrical Engineer. I have an innovative project in mind and you could be the R&D engineer ! I am looking for someone who can do the R&D in order to developp a Mobile position detection using BTLE (beacons), a basic mobile application and a small electronic board who can receive basic datas from the mobile to enable or disable an output pin. In the end, an alert from the app must be displayed on the phone when the mobile is detected within a precise zone and not outside this zone (precision of approx. 30cm needed). Then, the user can acknowledge using a button on his mobile (the button is displayed with the alert). When the user press the button, it sends a data to the electronic board (using BTLE again) and the electronic board will enable the output (symbolized by a LED for example). The challenge will be the timing for all this process: the detection must be done in less then one second assuming that the user already turned on the Bluetooth on his phone, and when the acknowledge button is pressed, again less then a second to enable the output on the electronic board.
