Picture caption app

I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. The app will access the camera. Prior to taking a picture the user will input “job” and “component” numbers via a numeric keyboard. Job is a 5 digit number separated by a “.” Followed by the component number which is a 3 or 4 digit number. Example 19034.002 or 19034.9035 This number will populate the footer that will automatically be located at the bottom of the picture. The footer will be at the bottom of the picture outside the frame of the picture regardless of what orientation the picture is taken at. The footer will also contain a date stamp that will automatically populate the date the picture was taken. The user will be able to edit the job number or component number and delete and retake the picture prior to moving to the next step. the footer shall be white with all text in black. The user will be able to continue taking pictures in the same manner as described above until the user defined maximum email attachment size is reached. The user shall be able to review and retake any pictures necessary at this point. Once the user has verified the pictures to be sent the app will interface the email app (MS outlook) it will populate the email subject with the job number followed by all the component number (only using any number once). The pictures shall be sent as attachments and not embedded in the body of the email. The email address will be auto populated by a user defined email address accesses in the settings tab of the app. This address will be the same address all photos will be sent to when using the app. The user can type text into the body of the email if they chose to but it shall not be necessary. Pictures shall be sent at maximum resolution available (this shall not be optional)
