I dont want anything very complicated. Enfact the program I want is really already available. The app on android is called coinmanager and it offer arbitrage information,which is where it calculates the difference in price at two exchanges and shows you a percent difference so you can do arbitrage trading. Id like that exact same feature but an added option to enable the alarm to alert you when the percent difference reaches a certain amount. Maybe eventually even the ability to automatically using the exchanges api,place a buy.
