TELEMEDICINE AND VIRTUAL CLINIC APP

Hi, I'd like a Telemedicine and virtual clinic app to consist of: 1. The Mobile Apps 2. Admin Panels (Drs, Pharm, Lab, Admin, etc) 3. Web To work on Mobile, Tablets and Web. This system will enable video and chat consultation from users from anywhere in the world connected to healthcare professionals who will offer consultation via video calls. The system will enable multi-party video calls - for instance there can be 2 Doctors and 1 Pharmacist on a call with a mother and a son in different place, etc - Billing will be per minute (second) of consultation or via direct billing by Admin. An important part of the system deals with patients that do not have phones but who can visit our locations and still consult. System is required to have great integration as all healthcare providers on the system must be able to collaborate on files/cases, share and transfer such cases for processing e.g Doctor can send test requests to labs, prescriptions to pharmacies or instructions to Admin. There will also be a Health information blog. Dashboard must be new, modern, highly functional with multiple features. I have sketches to guide Developer. Developer is supposed to create new pages where necessaary or functionalities to achieve the directions as shown in the sketches and add or editscreens. Screens are on FIGMA and Developer will be expected to deliver based on the guideline while improving and adding what is missing. The mobile apps will be Android and iOS based and will have 2 levels of access namely: 1. Patients with Smartphones 2. Health Workers 3. Patients without phones Patients will be in 3 categories: Basic, Premium and Premium plus. Other Features: 1) Payment will be per minute or per second after consultation starts by Admin OR Health worker. Admin will have full control on setting cost per user, per doctor, per class or type of illness. or Generally. 2) Payment will come from a Wallet system, primarily - taken in advance while also available via debit cards or transfers (with evidence shown). 3) There will be a very well delivered dashboard to enable Admin and Health Officials manage EVERY process well. Every functionality must be mapped and integrated. Emails and SMS integration also required. 4) During consultation, multiple parties may be invited either by Admin or Consulting Doctor or Patient. 5) There are free medical consultation APIs which ahould be used. I have 2 or so and I expect Developer to also be resourceful enough to pick useful, free APIs for ongoing consultations such as diagnosis tools, drugs recommendation tool, case transfer, emr and ehr apis, labs apis, etc 6) Access to be logged and be traceable per user, per time and available for Admin. Patients without Smartphones 1) They walk into a location that has the webcam waiting. 2) Registered, assigned manually like a physical hospital but they will meet with virtual Doctors 3) Docs will be prepared for them Admin will be able to view and manage ongoing sessions where necessary. - 60 normal days for project (not working days) - Project is apps, mobile and web, also for non smartphone users - experienced developers only please - if you are an agent, please do not engage.
