Transcription from audio to text

Hi, I'd like to get an app that transcripts audio to text in this way: - I'd upload an audio file or I would dictate - It would transcript the file or dictation to text as accurately as possible using the best APIs now available (like google APIs) - In the app the user would have the possibility to add custom commands (for example I would say "function of x" and the custom command would be /func( {x}, or I don't know I would say "x is equal to 5" and it would write $ x = 5 $) that is essential for maths usage - Once finished it would understand the latex text and it would output the PDF when told a certain command I would give a name to the app P.S. Languages at minimum needed to be understood by the app: Italian, English
