Write an Xamarin Framework based Android & iPhone application (Music Streaming App)

To Develop a Mobile Music Streaming Application using Xamarin Framework so that the same code can be deployed in both IOS App Store and Android Play store. I want to develop an application similar to "My Mixtapez" streaming app. The following key functionalities should be part of the application * Subscribers login (including back end admin screen to manage free users Vs Subscribed users) * Browse Music Albums from my DB and play the individual tracks * Subscribed users should get the tracks played from a seperate link, free users should get the tracks played from another link * Play Count and Song name level Report Generation (Admin Screen) * Provision to Download songs and listen offline for Subscribers * Provision to Add songs / albums to Favorites or Playlist. Final Selection of the developer would be done based on lowest cost, Knowledge on Xamarin and ability to cover all the above mentioned functions.
