Your budget is very low so I'm not sure how many people will agree to just give you an original composition for that price. but maybe stretch your budget a little more and also offer royalties. As a label it's some free advice from someone working in the industry for years. don't start up unless you have the capital to pay artists or afford to give royalty. if you are planning on keeping 100% royalty, you must be joking. Hello, I am a singer, writer and a composer. I have completed my BA in Music Composition and Production this year. I have been learning music since i was 7 years old and performing since then. I have done voice overs for ads cartoons etc. And I have done recording sessions.
