my 1and1 plesk 12 sever has suffered a failure to the var/filesystem folder as its not mounting or starting plesk.
its currently up in recovery mode only and will only operate for ssh and sftp.
I need an experienced server admin, who can who can do the following with good knowledge of plesk, cent0s 6 and 1and1 -
mount the client folder so we can backup all web sites, ssl info, databases and email accounts and messages.
attempt to recover the filesystem (after the backup has been done).
if this fails we may need to re-image from 1and1 control panel, then restore from back backup and recover so all client sites, emails, ssl are working correctly.
Alternatively this may have been broken following an unexpected plesk or server upgrade so some sys admin diagnoses of why the fault has occured may be useful as the above recovery steps are the "suggestions" from 1and1 support.
