DEVELOP A STATISTICAL TOOL I am looking for a freelancer to develop a statistical tool to study numerical values stored in a database. The database contains values assigned progressively to Player 1 and Player 2 during a tennis match. (For example, we get the File1 informations, stored in the database) MY NEEDS (all is well discribed in File2) : 1- First, I have to enter in the statical tool cotes I am looking for and coefficients I want to apply to each cote found. So I manually enter my cotes and their coefficients in the tool. For example : 01st cote ≤ 1,400 and 01st coefficient = 10 02nd cote ≤ 1,525 and 02nd coefficient = 23 03rd cote ≤ 1,090 and 03rd coefficient = 58 04th cote ≤ 1,278 and 04th coefficient = 34 05th cote ≤ 1,833 and 05th coefficient = 108 06th cote ≤ 1,500 and 06th coefficient = 21 07th cote ≤ Not defined and 07th coefficient = Not defined 08th cote ≤ Not defined and 08th coefficient = Not defined 09th cote ≤ Not defined and 09th coefficient = Not defined 10th cote ≤ Not defined and 10th coefficient = Not defined 2- The tool now knows cotes I am researching and coefficients to apply. It can start to scan data to do the job expected. a - The tool must scan the registered event informations, line after line, to find the first cote ≤ 1,400 and apply to the first cote found, the 1st coefficient (in this example 10). b - If 1st cote ≤ 1.400 is found in a player's cotes, the tool must now scan the following lines ONLY IN THE OTHER PLAYER'S COTES to look for the 2nd cote ≤ 1.525 . If cote ≤ 1.525 found in this player's cotes, the tool must apply the 2nd coefficient (in this example 23). c - The tool must now scan the following lines ONLY IN THE OTHER PLAYER'S COTES to look for the 3rd cote ≤ 1.090. If cote ≤ 1,090 found in this player's cotes, the tool must apply the 3rd coefficient (in this example 58). d – and so on … 3- Then at the end of the match, the tool must now proceed 4 calculations : a - The tool must add the results of Player 1 and Player 2 obtained during this match b – The tool must add all coefficients applied during this match c - Then the tool must do the following calculation : "WINNER OF THIS EVENT" TOTAL SCORE - TOTAL COEFFICIENTS APPLIED DURING THIS EVENT = SCORE FOR THIS "GROUP OF COTES AND COEFFICIENTS" d – The tool must also do the following calculation : Score for this group of cotes and coefficients / Total coefficients applied during this event = Rate in % 4 - Conclusion for this group of cotes and coefficients : The tool must now conclude that for these values I entered manually, The score is -13,84 . (for this example) The total coefficient applied is 91 . The rate is -15,21% . **** NOTES TO UNDERSTAND WELL THIS PROJECT : **** - The tool must scan values in order of increasing time and must never scan the previous time. - When a searched cote is found in a player's cotes, the tool must then look for the next cote researched « only in the other player's cotes ». - The Score can be a positive or negative result. - I must be able to enter from 1 to 10 cotes and coefficients in the tool interface before processing. - The tool must be able to apply this group of cotes and cofficients to hundreds or thousands of events stocked in the database and provide the final results for this group of cotes and cofficients applied to all these events. - I must be able to select Periods or Leagues I want to apply the group of cotes and coefficients when I manually enter values I want to study (at the first step of this process). The script to select Periods or Leagues is already written and stocked on my server, you should be able to use it. - I stay 100% free to answer all questions you need
