Make a Mysql query for round all price with .99 at the end

I need to round all prices of my website done by opencart with .09 final, for example. The price like 5.50 will become 5.49, the price like 20 will become 19.99, the price like 21.56, will become 21.59 With this query update oc_product set price = ceil(price) - 0.01 i'm able to make it, but the problem is that the price stored in DB is wihout tax, so the query have to SUM the product price + tax, then round it, then substract the tax In attachment you can see the tables (products + taxs).
