If the project involves deploying application and get it working, and fix the routes and configuration, i can do it for you. I am not an experienced rails developer (6 months) but i can fix routes and have previously worked on a few large scale apps so i believe i can handle it..

You need to test in a different environment to see if it's the app. If it works in "staging" or "test" environment - then it's Ngynx. I'm guessing, you have to re-setup the deployment process to find the error. I know that it's offtopic, but it hurts my eyes to see you listed "MySQL". I've been in development long enough to know that it's the source of a lot of trouble. You should consider using PostgreSQL. I wouldn't be surprised if MySQL is the one causing the error.
