I am working in a resource centre. One of the services provided is reference service. We would like to have an automated system to keep records of each reference transaction received for future analysis. Besides that, the system must be able to record documents and circulars to be viewed electronically. Concurrent sessions of key in data are essential in my institution as a few designated computers will be installed with the system.
