Window based Application to play movie

We are developing WiFi based solution. One of Innovative solution we are developing is WiFi media Server where WiFi router is attached with hard disk and it will have Micro webserver which Streams Media and have REST based web service which will output JSON data for authentication or information exchange purpose. For Security purpose, we can’t provide content through Browser that’s why we want to develop Windows based GUI application which authenticate User and Play movie, song or show E-books to them. It’s a small project which do authentication with help of our web service and play movie with open source video player where people won’t be able to download Page. We want .exe file which user can install by themselves. Process will be as follows: 1) After installation, it should ask user to open Application. 2) When user opens application, it show splash page with Logo and display message “Connect to particular WiFi”. This page have button “Continue” 3) On next page which is authentication page, it will ask for three things: 1) Mobile Number 2) Ticket Number 3) Access Code Text fields with Submit button. This data will be POSTed to web service and it will return JSON response which contains two possible Value. Either Date Time or Value “0”. i. Date – Time Value will returned when parameter data passed is valid one ii. “0” will be returned when parameter is wrong. Scenario 1: Date – Time Value will return when parameters data passed is valid one Application store Time value locally into program or on same system (this value should be persistent) and allow Application to play media files until that time is over (consider this as session time allowed to user for playing files from media server) Program will allow further working only and only if they are within given time. When Time finishes, it will again ask to enter authentication parameter to get new Time Value (on authentication page). Scenario 2: “0” will return when posted data is wrong. On Authentication Page it will show alert Message “Please provide Valid Access Code “ Note: program should have forward and backward button for easy navigation 4) Consider us having Scenario 1, User will move to further Page: Program will request list of Categories from micro webserver and it will receive output in JSON format. This category name will be shown card format same like Window 8 theme. User should be able to click on that category 5) When user selects particular category, Program will call web service to get list of Movies and related Parameter to play movie. User will see list of Movies in same format as above with Movie cover image and Movie name (URL parameter given in JSON format from web service) 6) When user Click on Particular movie, it will play Movie in Open source video player like smplayer which should be part of the application (should not open external media player). We want this application in .net with Detailed Documentation. We will be happy if you have expertise know python and develop cross-platform solution using pyqt or kivy which can work on Mac OS , iOS, Windows, Android. We will pay more in that case. We are working on tight deadlines, so for any query please revert as soon as possible. This is not a onetime project, the app will be under continuous development and we can do a follow-up contract later. Further developments include various things. Please don’t quote above higher limit of 35,000 INR for the Project (first version).
