Building a WiFi network in Rural India - Network Designer

Our initial goal is to get professional help in specifying the best hardware for the local WiFi network in rural India. We are looking for an experienced professional on the ground. Ideal would be a Network Engineer who has designed and specified networks for large outdoor spaces, such as concerts, university campuses, businesses (e.g. using Cisco) or public access points (e.g. working for Google Station). As well as being good at planning - should be happy to get hands dirty and install the first few instances. Speed-wise we can consider a consultant for 4-6 weeks. If there is a good interest in the mission and a good company fit then this could (and should eventually) become a permanent position. Ideally we want someone who is good at finding the right tool/hardware for the job, such as a good standard for network administration tools and user experience. If you have any experience with European / Western standards of WiFi networks, that would be beneficial. We want our network to be specified to a high standard and not just the bare minimum. NOTE : The job would require some In Office Network Designing (Our Office is in Defence Colony, New Delhi) Equipment Procurement as well as Installation in the Field, Someone who has a good Hands on Experience with Outdoor WiFi AP's/CPE, and who's willing to travel and work on a rapidly expanding project is preferred.
