I have just set up eTicket from [login to view URL] on a clients hosting website and I can't get it to work and don't have time to figure it out. It all seems to have installed perfectly but no emails are going out to the poster of a ticket or to admin. I think I am probably missing sth very small and obvious here but it is going to be a lot easier for someone who knows this script to spend a few minutes configuring it for me. I want to ue the pipe method rather than pop3 for sending emails and I have the feeling there needs to be some forwarders added in cpanel but I can't seem to find from what email address the forwarders should be from.
