I am a freelance 3D artist myself and am getting overloaded with work. This is a simple project that I can afford to hand out to someone else, it's very easy and is at the very basics of what I do. It doesn't get more simple than this for my projects. I am looking for a freelancer to hand out my overload work to on a regular basis. As time goes by and I can depend on you and your skills I can give you bigger projects that take more time and skill to complete, which in turn will make you more money. I am very protective of who my clients are, so this will never be disclosed to you. You will work for me directly and all of your work will pass through me before I approve and send to my client. I'm a very nice guy and easy to talk to, I love my work and am very proud of it.
Although this is not a big project with a big budget, this could be the start of a long term working relationship if done well. I will not be choosing an artist based on who has the lowest bid, but will be choosing based on portfolio, experience, and professionalism.
This job should take the right person no more than 5 hours to create, and that's pushing it.
This project:
- model this display rack "to scale". (scale doesn't need to be EXACT, but wine bottles are 12 inches tall, so scale your blueprint image based around that.)
- no hard corners, everything needs a slight bevel, rack should be standard polygon, with beveled edges, but wine bottles are high poly and somewhat detailed, (cap details mostly).
- tree image on top is just a flat image, I have an illustrator file to import as the spline to extrude to make the flat panel for the image, very quick.
Please see the attached image, this is what you will be working from to create the rack, and I will have all other files ready for you by tomorrow (Feb 8, 2013) such as label art, and other graphics for the rack.
Thanks!! I look forward to getting your bids and hopefully starting a new trustworthy professional relationship.
