We are looking for Photshop Manipulation Artists that can create Watercolor Artworks

Hello, We are a German ecommerce company that sells personalized prints. We are looking for a photoshop artist that can manipulate, compose and retouch images into these watercolor looking artworks. You will receive the images from our customers and you will need to turn them into artworks that look like they have actually been drawn by a watercolor paintor. For this, please see the attached images. There you can see what we are looking for. Your work needs to be at least this quality and the style needs to be 90% the same so we can deliver consistent results to our customers. We are currently mainly looking for artists to work on human pictures but as you can see we do pet artworks as well. This the workflow, here you can see the skills that you would require for this job: -Downloading the image from a Google Sheet (-Removing background) -Enhancing quality of image (Restorating it, color correction, quality enhancement) -Adding watercolor effect on the subject photo -Adding watercolor effect around the subject photo (-Adding text) -Uploading finished artwork to the drive This is a long-term freelance opportunity with orders every day. You could do as many orders as possible for you. You could do 20-30 order every day no problem if that is possible for you time wise. If you are a team or know other artists that can do this as well, feel free to apply as well. We are looking for more than one artist. Currently our artists can create these artworks for 3€ per artwork. So this is our budget per artwork. As said, you can do 20-30 artworks every day if that is possible for you time wise. We are looking for: + Good communicators that speak English well enough to properly communicate + Motivated artists with a good work ethic + Skilled artists that can recreate the exact same style as shown in the reference and can do multiple orders per day If you are intersted in working with us: -Either send us your portfolio that is very impressive and shows that you could easily do something like we do as well -Or send us your portfolio that shows us that you already did something like this in the past -Or (this is what we prefer), take the other attached image and create and artwork in our style with it and send that to us. (feel free to add a watermark on the artwork, we are not trying to use it for anything else but to see your skill level) We prefer it when you send us work that shows that you can do the exact same style.
