Lightroom Workflow Help: Migrating from Picasa

I am a former Google Picasa user and a long time Photoshop user. In transitioning to Lightroom as my photo organization software, it seems as though I no longer have the ability to do simple things like managing a large photo library, creating albums with photos sorted in a custom order and uploading to the web. I'm a dad and most of my pictures are family pics that I want to have organized / archived in a rational manner. Picasa was perfect for this, but it no longer exists and I need an alternative solution.

I would like to speak with a professional / semi-professional photographer about their workflow so that I can do the following efficiently, presumably in Adobe Creative Cloud.

1) Organize photos and from multiple sources (3 digital cameras, 2 iPhones, scanned docs) quickly, including rapid importing and synching of folders (right now this is taking forever...)

2) Create albums quickly, with starred photos at the front of the album in custom order and non-starred photos at the back of the album in chronological order

3) Upload the custom-ordered albums created in Step 2 to an online photo sharing site. Historically, I've used Google Photos (16 years), but they've removed the ability to order albums in custom order and that is absolutely essential for me. I'm open to Adobe Portfolio, Smug Mug, whatever works.

Looking for a relatively brief 1-3 hour tutorial overview of how I can make 1-3 above happen using Lightroom Classic CC and other Creative Cloud projects.
