3D Photorealistic visuals partner for real-estate market.

Hi. As a professional high-end real estate photography company from Norway, We are looking for a partner who can deliver photorealistic 3D Visualization, images of interiors/exteriors. What I am after is a fixed price service pr. picture where I give you a photo of an empty room, and you furnish and style it(See image 1). We're also interested in a way to show potential buyers of a specific home or business, what a room might look like if they refurbished & styled it. So we need a fixed price pr. picture, where you use a picture of the original room(See image03) and you put in new floors, white walls and ceilings. And also furnish and style the room. So it kind of looks like image04. It is vital that furniture and styling is Nordic/European to be believable for our customers. We might also be interested in a fixed price service of 2D/3D floorplans, pr floor(see image 2). We will send you initial drawings to work from. This would be at a larger volume than 3D visaulization pictures. From 2 - 10 floors pr. day. Our expectations: We expect 3D floorplans to be delivered within 12 hours of delivery. We expect 3D Visualizations to be delivered within 24 hours of delivery. We expect fixed prices pr. finished/delivered picture incl. changes that might have to be done.
