PHP script completion - possibly ongoing

We are looking for someone to finish work on our website in regards to multiple scripts, please read this posting closely to provide as accurate of a bid as possible. We DO NOT USE A CMS, all the code across our site is 100% custom and commented accordingly. Website: [login to view URL] Access control systems, login systems, databases, etc... are already in our system and do not need to be created, the admin panel template also already exists, and very limited design work will be needed. Sections to be completed: Mailing List: This script will email all the users in our existing clients database who have the variable subscribe = 1, should allow html emails to be sent, with a unique URL being created every time a mailing is sent out in case users cannot view html emails. Photo Galleries: Each business with a profile in our clients database with a (pkgid >= 2) will be able to create photo galleries unique to their ID #, this should include a script to upload and adjust the size of multiple images in one shot. Albums should be named according to their creator, and must be marked as approved by an admin before being posted publicly. Business owners should be able to edit, delete, and add photos at their will, all new photos will be subject to site admin approvals before being made public.
