E-commerce and general integration

The project is to do the following: We will supply a partly completed template based on one of the following: oSCommerce, Magento, Prestashop, Zen Cart, VirtueMart, CRE Loaded etc. (Please let me know which one you prefer to work with) You must be able to do ANYTHING required with the template we supply. You will be needed to change images/layout/CSS files/ etc etc, Basically you should be able to strip it down and rebuild it if needed. The most important thing is to integrate the following into the site so they all feed into one another: Help Section including support ticket system etc. Forum Area Blog Section Client Area/Profile Section Feedback/Review Area News Section/RSS Feeds etc Store/Shop area Facebook integration Twitter integration. Other marketing/social Media integration SEO integration. Email/newsletter marketing software/integration. Other general pages etc. We may need an app verison doing etc as well A fundamental part of the site is to integrate a customer loyalty schemes and an area with a profile where people can see what status they have achieved etc. Lets say the idea is for the customer to become the “top customer” and they gain status/free stuff/publicity for doing so. Let’s say the website is selling shoes (Which it is not but we will discuss this later) I want the customers to be rewarded for certain things which will give them higher status. This must be a fundamental theme throughout the site. Lets say they are called “buying Points” Lets say a customer buys shoes – they then get “buying points” for doing so which gives them more status and rewards – for example the first level might be that they qualify for free delivery, the next level might be 10% off and free delivery etc etc. If the customer decides not to come back to the site then they would also need to lose this status just as they gain the status for coming back and purchasing more products. It will be a customer loyalty scheme which we will finalise later but it is used to entice. Every customer also gets a special profile area which they can update with a personal bio, link into the forum, blog area etc etc The profile area gives them a special affiliate link meaning if they refer anyone through the link they earn more points/rewards. These would be called something like “referral points” They may even get “activity” points for adding posts or comments to the blog, topics and comments on the forum etc etc We will discuss the criteria for getting points etc later on but the more points they earn, the more rewards they get etc. Please note this side of the site is VERY important – We do not want to run a standard E-commerce site with no reason to come back and visit us. We are not looking for an ecommerce person. We need somebody who is EXCELLENT in PHP, Mysql , ASP, .NET etc. Somebody that can take a concept and code it from scratch if needed. I don’t think we need to do anything from scratch as there are plenty of Open source scripts etc we could be pulling together and chopping up etc. The chances are we are looking for the initial work to be carried out for a fee and then we will need to arrange an ongoing arrangement where you change/mend anything that needs doing longer term. We will be looking at getting the site structure including the profile area with rewards up and running first before then focusing on design/layout of the site etc Please when bidding on the project you must mention the word: ELEPHANT so I know you have read my whole description – I am looking for somebody that communicates well in Enlgish and understands what I need.
