I have update this request due to new information given to me by my client. My client is effectively a recruitment agency (we won't go into what they are and are not). They obtain employees who are then contracted out to a third-party. I want to have a database connected to my clients web site. On one page there will be a form which will capture potential employees details such as name, address, e-mail address, tel no. and so on and so forth. Also I want the form to capture a file (this field is not mandatory while the others are, I will give details on all fields required). This file will be in either PDF or MS Word Format. When the "potential employee" submits this information, it should be passed through to the database where it is then stored. My client should then be able to look at entries into the database and if the record is suitable, it has to be passed to THEIR database stored on their office server. If the record is not suitable then my client is able to delete it very easily. Then certain parts of this record (name, main job, experience, D.o.B but NOT contact info.) should be passed to another database so that third-parties can look at the "potential employees". Each third-party will have unique ID and password to access database. My clients current database on their office server is in MS Access and it WILL NOT be changed. In a nutshell then: web site=>web database=>office database=> some records to other web database I'm not sure of the best way for this to be approached whether in ASP, ColdFusion, .net, PHP and so on. I will be responsible for the front-end design while you will be responsible for the back-end. I would like an example of similar work please. Kind regards, Steven Grant
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 3) Free support for 6 months 4) Regular communication via e-mail or MSN Messenger
## Platform
Linux, Unix, Windows 2000 servers (this will be confirmed) must be useable in all versions of 4.0+ Internet Explorer and versions 4.0+ in Netscape I'm open to suggestions on which the best server to use. I won't be using any server companies outwith the UK.
## Deadline information
Ideally the work will be finished for or before the delivery deadline but I'm also realistic that sometimes you can go over time restrictions. However, if I give my client a specific time, they expect it to be done on time. Neither my client or I will be messed around. I'm also willing to give those without any ratings a go.
