72452 Fragrance Site Restructure

I need a site (with nice simplified flash intro-nothing too long but relates to the product - no people's faces) to sell fragrance products. Check out www (dot) adamsant (dot) com. It lists all of the prducts by categories. So, I need the ability to have an admin section to create categories, add in products, sell the products in a shopping cart via paypal. When someone makes an order, the system show them a confirmation page of the order with a receipt. The confirmation number and receipt should also be emailed to the person buying this. A follow up thank you letter should also follow. The confirmation page info, receipt email, and thank you email should be customizable through an admin control panel. There should also be the ability to add and delete pictures. In the admin control panel, you should be able to select if a picture is to be shown or not. When someone selects a fragrance, it should go to that fragrance page, which has the description ( and possibly the picture if selected). From there, they may add it in the shopping cart. They should also have a buy button to add it to the shopping cart from the fragrance category page. You should be able to select in the admin control panel if the fragrance is a top seller or not. If it is, it should show in the top seller area. See the web site for positioning. Categories should be only the ones taht are presently on teh site. Site name is Adam's Ant. You may be creative in your design and layout. Should be able to create master categories(Mens Fragrances, Women's Fragrances, etc.) and secondary categories (aftershave, cologne, perfume, body bath, etc...), add products to categories, edit products, and delete products. I want to be able to give each product a productID, weight (in ounces), and apply the secondary categories. In other words, I choose the Mens Fragrances. I can then choose the name of the fragrance. Once I choose the fragrance, I can select the subcategory products (aftershave, cologne, perfume, body bath, etc...). So, I choose aftershave and cologne for that particular fragrance. I go back and choose another fragrance. I choose perfume and body bath for this one. All are added to the shopping cart. The weight is calculated (all orders rounded to the nearest pound up). This will determine the shipping costs. So, I need to be able to add in shipping costs according to the pounds. It calculates this and gives the customer an option for next day, two day, or standard delivery (3-10 days) (the customer must register as a new user or log in as an already user on the site). It adds the selected shipping into the costs. If they are in the State of Tennessee (TN, US), then they are assessed taxes. I need to be able to put in the tax rate in the admin panel. The customer can now pay utilizing paypal. All pages of the site need to be updateable through the admin panel. Please look at www (dot)fragrancenet(dot)com. I like that site and its features and product displays. I need this done fairly quickly. The site must flow with the fragrance industry. I need to approve the site layout. I am very picky about the layouts. I do require that you submit a project schedule to me prior to starting. In addition, I will need the site architecture given to me in a document detailing the flow of the site. Security is a must with the ability to utilize SSL for payment. This may be done by Paypal already. I need a "contact un" form and a fragrance request form for fragrances not shown on the site. Please do not email to the address on the site. Communication is only through the PMB. I want nicely designed up-to-date pages. Payment in full will be paid once bug free site has been approved. Payment is through Scriptlance Account only.
