Ok, this is the last time I am posting this. I need an Online Live Support Solution for my website. I will need a hosted version, which I will host on my server for others to sign up for and also a downloadable version that I can install on others' servers.

I will need this done in either ASP/Java/or PHP.

Below are the features that the Live Support System will need. I need someone with EXCELLENT GRAPHIC design capability so that the interfaces look amazing. You should also be familiar with Live Support Solutions so you know what I'm talking about. This script needs to be 100% customized and made from scratch -- no taking others' work. This has to be made completely by you.

*Polling (set timeout for operator to accept chat, also polling type which will allow you to select a random operator if you don't respond in the amounted time)

*Transfer Calls

*Timer (this will be in visitor and operator chat box when they are talking, and will be in elapsed time.

*Sounds (both in chat box and when logging into your operator account. The visitor will have option to turn on and off

*Leave a message (if department is unavailable, visitor can leave message, and when operator logs into their department there will be a spot where messages show

*Create departments

*Create operators

*Upload company logo

Need fully functional script delivered with full source code, and installed
