Paypal Class for handling sales, Instant Payment Notification

I am an experienced VB.NET Developer, and I need to generate an automated website system via IIS 6 and .NET (ASP 2) [login to view URL] handles Multiple languages well, I will accept the work in C#.NET or C++.NET, though I Strongly prefer VB.NET. This is 1 of several small function requests I am sending out regarding this. If you feel comfortable completing this request, you might be able to complete other requests as well. Please note, I am not heavily experienced with programming in the areas I am requesting, so the code needed might not match my request. Please correct me if nessacary. Also, If you feel you have a better way to orient the code, such as a function or class that might better suit my needs, I'm open to suggestion. ********************************************** Request #6: Paypal Class for handling sales, Instant Payment Notification Needs the following functionality. 1. Forwarding a user to paypal, to make the purchase of 1 item, which will refer to our own receipt Information. ForwardToPayPal(UserID, ReceiptID, rDescription, rTitle, TotalCost, ShipHand) 2. ensure the information passed to Paypal a return page for the user, (dummy link that we will fill in) and that the IPN will link back to a particular page. if need be, this can simply produce the form button for the user to click to send them to paypals payment system. 3. This class will also handle the IPN return. (the page that IPN links back to, for payment verification. This will need to pass the following information back to an empty function within the class (I will fill in the code) Function ReceiptVerified(UserID, ReceiptID, TotalCost, TotalSH, TotalPaid) Optionally, If IPN can also verify a payment failure, please do this function, Function ReceiptFailed(UserID, ReceiptID) Please have this built into a class. thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
