TRANSCRIBERS REQ FOR INTERNET STREAMING VIDEO FILE (ENGLISH) INTO TYPED UP MANUAL (ENGLISH)

Require Transcriber/s (pref typing speed 60 wpm plus) to produce complete manuscript (of words spoken) from a streaming video link (on the internet). Every word needs to be captured in typed English. Total 32 files approx.35 hours of video. Note: there is only a pause button on the link - no rewind button. Accuracy needs to by as close as 'humanly possible' to 100%. Maybe can open in a computer video player that shows the rewind button? - just an idea. Another idea - whole seminar may need to be re-recorded with video file recording software to get the rewind button to show up on there. This will make transcribing super easy. OR, an even better idea, what about transcribing it automatically with software that is out there? (lots of free software on the net can do this if you know where to look) - just an idea. Transcript to look presentable - small talk in small print and the marketing talk shown in normal print. When new speaker comes on, their name as a heading needs to appear - makes transcript easy to refer back to. Needs to be page numbered & with a basic cover - I will leave this up to the judgement of the transcribe. Need captured images from the video links to appear sparingly through the manuscript. Will give 7 days for the completion of the project but it can be done faster for those who use right software.
