WPrt Data Entry

This is a data entry project. I have a book which contains information on airports. It is similar to a phone book, with entries that are well structured. In the attached .zip file, you can see some photos of the book. There are approximately 462 pages. Some pages have advertisements, but in general there are about 3 - 15 airports per page, and each airport geneally has 1 - n "facility" entries. Your goal is to transcribe the book into the access database structure I have provided (you can modify the structure as you need to, as long as the data is input - there is a chance that i forgot some field or got some detail wrong - i will ask you to change/fix this as you need to). I currently have the 2005 book, but am looking for the 2006 book. The 2006 book may be sent instead of the 2005 book and I reserve the right to delay the start of the project a bit if the 2006 book looks to be coming soon. I will mail the book to the winning bidder to the address of their choice, worldwide. The book does not need to be returned to me at the completion of the project. Yes, this project can be worked on simultaneously by a team of data entry people. This would be great, actually. Data accuracy? while a high degree of accuracy is in general required, 100% is not necessary. I dont know how to quantify or set this.. maybe you have some ideas? It seems unnecessary to double-type everything to ensure that it is correct.. maybe you have some other idea? there should be SOME checking.. your thoughts apprecaited. I am at a loss for how to do quality control on this one. ## Deliverables data from the book (2005 or 2006) transcribed into an access mdb with high accuracy. note that while there are a lot of fields in the .mdb provided, for most entries many or most of them will be blank (the fields provided are a sort of "maximal set" but the actual entries tend to use only a few). You might be able to do this project using some kind of OCR and parser if you are clever. I am ok with that.. what i care about is the final output. I will mail the book to you anywhere in the world. your completed deliverable is the mdb. you can keep the book when it's done. thanks for your bids.
