**Graphical Design, Layout and Building a Brochure-Type Website** _**Project Objective**_: Website design that showcases the company’s products and services. The website will be used by partner companies to evaluate our products and services, download brochures and obtain contact information. **_Anticipated Tasks: _**Graphical Design Website Layout Dreamweaver Templates Creation (or Typo3 template) Build Website _**Deliverables**_: 1) Propose three graphical design ideas for our review. One will be selected. 2) Propose three page layout mockups for our review. One will be selected as the base; modifications may be requested. 3) Develop one idea into Dreamweaver PHP templates (or Typo3 template) for a multilevel website. The levels of templates are Home Page, submenu pages, detailed product/service pages. The deliverables will include Templates, CSS style sheet and Web-ready graphics 4) Build website based on content we will provide, according to the menu tree below. **_Constraints: _**1) The website will be PHP and database driven. The Dreamweaver Template should accommodate a PHP menu scheme. (Typo3 is already based on PHP.) 2) NO FLASH. 3) No proprietary HTML tags. The website should work with all modern, standards-compliant browsers and be XHTML Compliant ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux/MySql/PHP Dreamweaver or Typo3
