Lab Result Notification Web Site

This project entail multiple phases of data reporting to groups of people. I am being somewhat vague as the nature of the information is private. This requires database operations, PDF generation ( or some alternative ) and secure login authentication. It also must allow digital signing of documents over the web. Any method of this would be suitable. The other limiting factor is that it has to reside on a shared windows server. The security certificate is already purchased and installed on this server. This project needs to be completed in a timely fashion with excellent communication. My experience with freelance coders has not been pleasant in the past. This is a serious project that I need done. I am a database geek, so I can define the project specifically which should help the programmer. The programmers can use my site as the building platform, or there own. The project must include the final setup and get working on my site, if it is not built there. The database must be done in Access. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, for website, it must be functioning in a beta environment a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
