Moodle 1.6 Instalation

PLEASE READ --simple and easy project MOODLE 1.6 I need to install Moodle 1.6 tested and working properly on my website 1) the directory called moodle, but I want to change it to directory name: training ([login to view URL]) (in other word I don’t want the world moodle to appear in the path/url) 2) Once installed, I will be using a theme called “formal_white?? but in the main page of a demo (<[login to view URL]>) there is a moodle logo (I deleted the logo) ??"I want to take off the whole logo/image from there (and the ALT image moodlelogo), I do not want anything saying moodle or logo with moodle.
