The system involves the development of: - Simple newsletter registration (name + 10 fields) - The construction of newsletter templates through tinyMCE (with simple replace fields, ie {Name}) (I have sample code for tinyMCE usage) - Distribution(email) of the newsletter templates to sections of the registered users based on input they provided when signing up. eg Company Type, Region, Position. IMPORTANT: Please check the Excel file for a mockup of the expected forms to be used. This explains the implementation much better than this description. The 'green' look and feel is not indicative of what the site will look like. Specifically: +Online registration collected of new subscription o Name (first, last) o Email o Position o Company o Company Type [fixed list] o Region (eg. Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast) o Interest [fixed list] o Reason for interest [fixed list] +Savable email ‘templates’ o Template will allow for name and email address to be personalized, simple field replacement - eg {Name} o Templates will be editable within a tinyMCE editor, or can be plain text o Files can be attached to templates (important) o Emails can have images embedded (important) Emails can be filtered according to interests location company company type position +Configurable unsubscribe notice that will instruct the email recipient on how to remove themselves from the email list. Note: Ignore the reference to distance calculation, that is not part of this job. Please assume this is 95% of the work to be done. A form may be missing, or one or two small requirements not 100% explained. I am interested to see examples of previous work of a similar size(in PHP), and specifically wanting to ensure a clean and understandable project structure. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
