Problem backing up SQL file: make SQL file viewable

I have a large (163 Mb) file with SQL statements ([login to view URL]). This file contains the backup of an Moodle internet site. I am having trouble putting the Moodle backup back online and my guess is that I will not be able to solve that. This means that I have to take the file “[login to view URL]? and have to find a way to make it readable to me so that I can either copy/paste the useful parts or ??" if all else fails ??" can retype the parts that I need. I can make the SQL file available online (163Mb). Most SQL statements do not seem to give me any trouble. I am able to execute them on my database.
