Looking for a graphical web designer to help design templates / logos / css files, graphics for one website (and more with a good first relationship) being worked on. We are looking for nothing more than a template to use with this one site.
Will need to see some previous work first, and preferences are given to Macromedia sources (Fireworks / dreamweaver / flash)
**Looking for:
1)** a stylish logo design, incorporated into a template website for our use. Something original, so the graphic design background is a must....
**2)** Menu "styles" (font / graphic setup, etc.) that I can alter once you've completed the overall skeleton.
**3) ** Overall template "look and feel" for this website - the website will sell accessories to "trick" up truck engines (fast and the furious come to mind?), so this will be a mix of "cool/sleek" and simplicity.
**4) ** CSS Stylesheet - Please provide whatever content here that will be used, but Mac/Linux/Windows compatability is a must!
**Once completed, each content page will be built off the skeleton you've designed, including the e-commerce selling area. Because I don't have an accurate breakdown of the menus/sub-menus the user will request, I ask that the menu system be editable from my end.
**
Limited flash is o.k. - not looking to do an all-flash site. Creativity and artistic talent is what is left at this point since at times I will have little source pictures to work with.
This is my company's first bid on this site - I'm hoping to do additional business with web designers and art people in the future - my plate is too busy w/ backend development.
It's a new economoy for sure - but another big plus if you're in the Chicagoland area - please let me know your geographical location.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
All browsers, Struts/taglib exposure is a plus, but not much of an issue because I'm looking for templates rather than any coding, etc.
