Flash Games for website with Highscore

I am looking for a Flashgame (prefer Tetris) that can also store a highscore to the registred users database (mysql). Can you find one or do you have it? You will need to install it on our website (php based) and make sure that the highscore is inserted in the users database as well as list of highscores on the frontpage of our website.
