Flash Text Edit Quick & Easy

I have a FLA file, that I need to update 1 paragraph in it. I cannot remember how to access the txt in this FLA file. I need a code to remove a paragraph and replace it with another. Go to [login to view URL] and click on the Exhibitions Link on the bottom. I need to have the Pinot Paradise Paragraph deleted and replaced with the following header & paragraph. Please also make the link got to the website.
