Magazine Design in PDF/InDesign

This project is an online magazine that will electronically print projects and research done by professionals in the business and high-tech worlds. It's a copyrighted material. Generally, You would create a logo and magazine templates and fit the articles and pages in these templates creating these templates using the Adobe InDesign software. This is so that the finished product would be a PDF document. Converting it into electronic book is generally not part of this project unless you would like to get bonus funds for doing it. It does however include a web-design that would eventually house this magazine. The project is in stages, Stage I is what this bid request is for. Stage I is creating magazine templates that I can use again and again for different issues of the magazine in InDesign PDF format. I do need someone who can do the magazine templates (the design of the magazine and page layouts) in Adobe InDesign software and safe it as a PDF file so that it's easy to have it electronic format. There will be a web design (as part of the project of this project) and a separate contract that's monthly that will come after the design of the magazine templates and website (the initial stage of the project). Hence, I do want this project done in Adobe InDesign software. The templates have to be changeable and content easily changed. The logo design would be the first test. I have asked earlier that using the Name "Bizstats" with stock market graphs or statistical symbols as part of the logo design would be the test to see if you would be chosen as the main bidder for this contract and the following contract. If I cannot see that first logo design I will not award you the bid, as I do not know if you are a good graphics and technical person or not, and I have time constraints on this project. I will not use your first attempt or mock logo as the name of the real magazine will be very different. So these mock-up logos only show your skills as a designer but do not benefit me in anyway. It just helps select you for your creativity. The magazine will have about 25 pages and obviously a nicely designed cover. It will have to do with business stats. It's a confidential research that my colleagues intend to publish and therefore whoever is chosen for this project must be ready to sign "an NDA" non-disclosure agreement document.
