PHP 5 site minor changes

[[url removed, login to view]][1] webiste was designed in PHP 5 with MySQL database backend and currently hosted on GoDaddy.com. I need to make minor modifications such as add "Bookmark this page" button, modify meta tag for Google's webmaster tools verification as well as integrate Google Analytics code. Some other small changes will likely be added. I would also like to install the site on a development server (other ISP)and come up (as well as document) the process of moving from test server to production.? Access to production site will not be given. Changes are being done in preparation to lunching AdWords advertizemnet compain.
