Site design CONTEST!!!

Hi, all designers and a early "Merry Christmas". Please read very carefully: I have a client that needs a makeover on their site, they are a web development company and need a new look and feel. Here is what they are looking for: 6 Page Design. 1)New and original look, no templates used. 2)Alot of white space, good for SEO. 3)Must be W3C validated design (the new design will be checked) 4)Must load very fast. 5)Flash header on front page and static on the other 5 pages. 6)They do sell webhosting as well and need for it to fit into the design as an option (3 options Silver, Gold, Platinum for webhosting) 7)Spot for Google Adsense (vertical or horizontal, must match site colors) 8)Theme colors are up to you. 9)Buttons are as follows: HOME,ABOUT US,QUOTE,PORTFOLIO,WEBHOSTING,CONTACT US. 10)Must use CSS for text. 11)New logo for a web development company. 12)No stolen images or anything to jeapordize copyright infringement. These are the conditions: 1)Design must be submitted to me as a link and not a jpeg or other image, reason is because the page will be validated by me to see if it is a good page. 2)The designer will get paid 100 dollars paid immediately after all the pages are made and delivered to me.(if you want to go ahead and make all 6 pages as a complete solution then that is fine) 3)You must change the header until the client is happy with the name placement and logo placement. 4)DO NOT BID on this as a partial project, this is a contest and the winner of the best design will win and get paid very quickly. 5)DO NOT POST your company info or past work, I simply do not care, I just want the new deisgn for the client. If you do, you will be added to my list for future projects and will not be allowed to post on them. You have 2 days to submit a HTML link to be considered for this contest.
