We would like users to be able to search for items, services profiles, stores, blogs etc locally with in their zip code, county, city, state and nation wide. As well as by price min to max. THe name of the game here is a simple expeirence that would make any one comfortable with buying, selling or trading online in a social enviroment. This software needs to be programmed in php with mysql as a database backend. We would like this software to be able to be ran on a shared hosting, virtual private server and or dedicated server set up with an auto install function. For ease of use. Auto install is not a necessary feature of the program but a convience feature for later expansion. We would like the main site to be user friendly ebay/myspace like look and functionality. And be able to allow users to customize the basic look and feel of the site to their taste. We would like to work on this project with other interested developers that will be willing to do a combination of profit share as well as up front money. This website should also have options for consignment stores to manage their inventory live on the web Which would be an additional function or feature that users can sign up for and pay an extra monthly fee.
