I need 2 custom web templates for a consulting company .
what you'll have to do:
1) A logo.
2) 2 layout designs in PSD (ver 7 or CS)
3) Both the layout should be sliced.
Requirements:
1) I need CUSTOM design. If you are going to take someone's ideas on the template sites like [login to view URL] and then offer me that remake as a "custom design", pls do not bid.
1a) Corporate colors are green and gold.
2) designer should be a professional.
If you are a novice, please do not waste your and my time.
PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO SHOULD BE PRESENTED AS LINKS.

3) Templates coded in html should fit 100% of screen in width and heigth.
4) Templates in html should look correctly in at least 3 browsers: IE, NN and Opera.
5) Buttons should go with a hover effect.
6) Both the templates should be delivered as zip archives and include:
- logo's source file(.CDR - Corel Draw file)
- Sliced PSD file (version 7 or CS)
- Used fonts
7) Templates should be completed in accordance to the specification attached (design questionaire filled out by the client - preffered layout, colors, etc).
8) Both the templates should be completed in 2 days after I'll choose a winner.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
