Build a Website / Custom Wordpress Website Design & Development

HTML, CSS, CMS, PHP, MySQL, XHTML 10. Basic SEO IMPORTANT. Please read carefully before you reply to this project: 1. You need to be very organized and detail oriented. 2. We are very picky, please do not waste our time if you do not meet the qualifications, or agree to our terms and conditions. 3. No generic messages, these will be ignored. Please send us RETINA & RESPONSIVE websites you’ve done. Retina and Responsive is an absolute must for this project and for all future projects. 4. You need to have basic SEO Skills. We create our websites to be structured from the inside out to be SEO friendly. Our Terms and Conditions, which you will need to agree to prior to starting work: TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESIGNING LAYOUTS We will provide content of the website such as logo, text, images, fonts, icons, videos and music. We will use copyrighted or royalty free images, fonts, icons, videos, and music. We will provide the basic layout of the website via PSD files. You will need to design the website layout and framework from scratch. CONVERTING DESIGNS TO HTML & CSS3 Once website layout is approved you will convert layout designs to HTML & CSS3. At this stage we still reserve the right to make reasonable changes if our client requires any modifications to the layout, design or structure. DEVELOPING WORDPRESS THEME This stage will be the final stage and you will convert HTML & CSS3 code into working WordPress theme. At this stage we still reserve the right to make reasonable changes if our client requires any modifications to the layout, design or structure, HTML, CSS3, etc. You will not be financially responsible for any plugin development or paid plugins. If any paid plugins are required we will buy them. WordPress Blog feature are included in the final quote. High resolution retina images will be provided by us and it will be your responsibility to upload them manually using WordPress Media feature to avail Retina feature for their website. BUG FIXES AND RESOLVING ISSUES It is common practice and a requirement for us and our clients to be able to use a CMS platform to modify the content of the website, hence the reason we choose to use Wordpress. And because of that we require a 60 day design and development warranty from you. After the completion of the website, you will receive your final payment. However we need 60 days to work on the website to make sure our client is 100% satisfied. If along the way anything were to go wrong, we require you to fix them. PAYMENTS AND DISPUTES All the payments will be made via Freelancer. All projects development will be done on our server.
