Website design & development for Travel Portals

Hi All, We are looking to develop 10 travel portal websites. These sites will act as a travel guide for different destinations. We have posted for this in the past, but didn't receive the proposals we desired. So we're trying again! We see us working on one main website, then cloning this site and making minor colour/image changes for the other sites. We will also need to agree a price for any additional sites that we need adding in the future. We will require the sites to do the following: Act as a travel guide. Similar to [login to view URL] - or [login to view URL] Have a directory for hotels, local activities, restaurants etc: the directory will need to have an area for users to log in and add their own and edit entries. We want to charge users for addition of their entry. And site users would need the ability to add ratings and comments. We see something similar to: [login to view URL] (we don’t like the look of this, but the functionality is similar to what we want) We want the ability for the above users to add their own adverts (again charged) –these adverts will appear randomly across the website. Top banner, side banner & bottom banners. Similar functionality to add events, with a calendar view. Slideshow for each section / landing pages with clickable images – similar to here: [login to view URL] The site will have a blog area. Ability to add articles on homepage - or any other page - similar to Editor's Picks here: [login to view URL] We want to integrate an Amazon shop – similar to here: [login to view URL] We will need some API work – we wish to show tours /holidays on the site from a couple of providers. For example: [login to view URL] We will need the ability to search tours depending on destination or activity – example of the above API makes this site: [login to view URL] We will require 12 months SEO services included in this. The winning bidder will ideally have worked on travel portals in the past, and will have examples of their work available. This is not essential, but an advantage. Any new ideas - please let us know!
