I have a dummy MYBB forum website where you can display your work. I will give you FTP access. The output should be displayed in HTML on a 800 pixel wide html page. The invitation system will be part of a MYBB forum: forum/myfriends.php. This means not a subdirectory. A Cron Job script might be necessary to process email, twitter direct message, and facebook inbox message delivery to keep within API limits. Upon completion on time there will be payable a 50% of project as a completion bonus.
